This Is Me
I am a passionate designer with a strong educational background and valuable work experience. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design and Product Development from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, including an enriching exchange experience at the Universidade do Minho.
To further enhance my skills, I pursued a Master's in Furniture Design at Elisava University School of Design and Engineering. This specialized program allowed me to delve into the intricacies of furniture design, combining aesthetics with functionality to create innovative and visually appealing pieces.
During my journey as a designer, I had the privilege of working with renowned companies in the industry. As a New Product Developer Intern at Carpyen, I played a pivotal role in developing new lighting designs. I contributed to the company's new catalog while also undertaking special customized projects for hotels and restaurants, where attention to detail and tailored solutions were paramount.
Continuing my professional growth, I joined the XAL Group, where I worked for the brands Wästberg and Wever & Ducré as a Junior Product Developer. Here, I was involved in the entire product development process, from conceptualizing and creating 3D models to refining electronic developments. I worked on both indoor and outdoor luminaires, participating in the construction, validation of mockups, and final prototypes that became an integral part of the company's catalog.
With a diverse skill set encompassing design principles, proficiency in software, and knowledge of materials and manufacturing, I thrive in collaborative environments, always seeking to push boundaries and deliver exceptional design solutions.
